On Saturdays and Sundays, some real deliciousness happens south of Chambers Street.

Interrupt your Brookfield Place shopping by popping into this elegant Le District haunt for an egg, ham and cheese croissant. (225 Liberty St.)

Blue Ribbon Federal Grill

You can find brunch staples like eggs Benedict and an eight-ounce, ground-chuck “Fed” burger (with thick-cut bacon and blue cheese) on Blue Ribbon Federal Grill’s brunch menu as well as an illustrated matrix of cocktails, graphed according to strength and disposition. (84 William St.)

Cowgirl Seahorse

The Dead Rabbit

The Dead Rabbit may be known as one of NYC’s best bars, but it’s also a premier brunch locale. Consider an order of sweet-pea toast, homemade Irish breads or some Scotch eggs. (30 Water St.)

Eataly NYC Downtown

Eataly’s Brunch all’Italiana is supplied with gorgeous views of Lower Manhattan, and Osteria della Pace’s weekend brunch menu features late-morning classics with an Italian twist.
Fraunces Tavern

History buffs will freak over the Revolutionary era-inspired Fraunces Tavern, and not only for their Gaelic burger with grilled Irish bacon. Their steak on a stone may transport you to the 1700s, but luckily no wooden teeth are required. (54 Pearl St.)

Harry’s

Harry’s isn’t just a luxury steakhouse; on weekend mornings and afternoons it doubles as a brunch spot. Get an egg sandwich with their house-smoked Canadian bacon. (1 Hanover Square)

Industry Kitchen

This Seaport haunt has all the omelet varieties you could ever want. Treat yourself to their lobster omelet when feeling bougie. (70 South St.)

What could be better than all-day breakfast? All-day French breakfast. Try La Parisienne’s savory burrata, rich brioche French toast, their staple croque madame, avocado toast or a sweet and creamy paris-brest. (9 Maiden Lane)

Little Park at AKA Smyth

Why reserve brunch to the weekends when you can have it all week long at AKA Tribeca’s in-house cafe? Their eggs are ridiculously light and fluffy. (85 W Broadway.)

Malibu Farm

Malibu Farm‘s fresh, farm-to-table California cuisine will transport you from the cold NYC streets to the West coast beaches. If the egg sammy does nothing for you (excellent photo by @mikejchau, BTW), see the top of this post for their pancakes. Oh, and p.s., you can build your own “Malibu mimosa” with a bottle of sparkling wine and fresh OG, pineapple and guava juices. (89 South St.)

Another great spot to hit up at The Beekman, Temple Court serves luxury brunch at a remarkably reasonable price. (5 Beekman St.)
