Conrad New York Launches Happy Hour At Atrio

By: Joseph Ferris

For very good reason, every rooftop bar article all summer long mentions the Conrad New York’s super fun Loopy Doopy Rooftop Bar, with their prosecco pop cocktails and Statue of Liberty views. But did you know that there is a lesser known gem located on the mezzanine floor of this luxury Downtown hotel – and they’ve got a happy hour that rivals most bars in town.

Head into the hotel entrance and ascend the stairs into one of the coolest hotel lobbies in the city. Rather than heading back to the elevators up to get Loopy Doopy on the 16th floor, stay where you are, take in the cavernous ceilings and gorgeous artwork, and head into Atrio Wine Bar & Restaurant, a mediterranean restaurant known for its stone fired pizzas and extensive wine selection.

They’ve just launched a brand new happy hour menu from 4-6pm that offers up draft beers for $6, margaritas and Moscow Mules for $8, and $11 Salt and Pepper Calamari, Veal and Pork Meatballs and Pork Belly Sliders. And get a pizza while you’re at it – they are too good to pass up, happy hour or not. For more information and menu options, visit Atrio’s website.
