Going Loco for lunch ideas? Look no further than Toro Loco!

Located at 15 Stone Street, Toro Loco brings you an array of Mexican fare, creative cocktails, and traditional desserts that are crazy good.

I couldn’t visit a place with food and not try anything out! First on the menu, I chose the Burrito Loco with chorizo. It came jam packed with chorizo, beans, rice, guacamole, sour cream, and tomato, all with a small salad on the side. This burrito took up half the container, and had so many delicious flavors in each bite, it was hard to put down. The rice was cooked to perfection while the chorizo added a little spicy kick that blended wonderfully with the guacamole and sour cream. The spice was hot but not too hot—it was just right!

No lunch (or meal for that matter), is ever complete without a little something sweet after. I went for what caught my eye first—their Coconut Flan. Originally not the biggest fan of flan, this dessert totally changed my mind. The flan came with coconut flakes on top, strawberry sauce drizzled on, and some fresh strawberries and blueberries nicely arranged around. Its texture was very creamy, and melted nearly instantly in my mouth. It was not overly sweet or overwhelming in the least! The perfect end to a delicious lunch!

If you’re looking for cocktails, Toro Loco has a creative selection of cocktails with some wild mixes for those who are feeling daring. Choices include Break The Pinata, Say Aloe to my Little Friend, Chia Pet, Amor Agave, and many more. For those who like the traditional drinks, those are always an option too.

Toro Loco is open Monday to Friday from 11:30 AM to 12 AM. Just look for the little pink door on Stone Street!
