Do you have questions about how to approach and handle your small business’s financial statements? Perhaps all you need to get off the starting block is a sleek new website? Pace University’s free events this March are geared towards entrepreneurs of small business and beyond in their endeavors to advance further.
It can be costly for a new business to hire a web designer and it is likely you’re at a loss for how to create one yourself. On March 12th you can learn how to create that website you need for your business with Wix. Build a Small Business Website lets you create a finished website in just two hours and empowers you to customize it to your liking for free.
Let’s say you have a fantastic idea or you feel close to a breakthrough for your business product. How do you protect it? Make sure to attend Intellectual property Rights for Entrepreneurs on March 21st. The Pace University Small Business Development Center will instruct attendees on Intellectual Property Law and how to protect their business plans from external threats.
On May 2nd, the City Bar Justice Center’s Neighborhood Entrepreneur Law Project will provide instruction to attendees on the legal and practical aspects of renting a commercial space. It is quite intimidating to embark on renting commercial space for your new business and the Commercial Lease Negotiation workshop will help you deal with research, choosing different options on a lease and other important factors.
