Zoom In And Learn How To Make Nobu’s Wagyu Shabu Shabu Salad

The next installment in the Downtown Alliance’s “Dine Around Downtown: Cooking at Home Edition” comes Thursday, February 11, when Nobu’s Regional Executive Chef Matt Hoyle shows participants how to make Wagyu Shabu Shabu Salad.

The virtual tutorial is free and encourages donations to Nobu’s preferred food-security charity World Central Kitchen.

“Dine Around Downtown: Cooking at Home Edition” is hosted by award-winning chef Rocco DiSpirito and zooms into the kitchens of Lower Manhattan, where chefs share recipes and tips on everything from complex gastronomic delights to go-to comfort foods.
