“Taste the Nation” returns to Lower Manhattan on April 25th, bringing together some of city’s top chefs, sommeliers and mixologists for an extremely important cause.
About 20 percent of kids throughout America do not have enough to eat. No Kid Hungry hosts events like this one — not just to raise awareness of the issue — but to work toward solving this crisis. Last year, the combined efforts of “Taste of the Nation” and “Night out for No Kid Hungry” raised enough money to provide over 8 million meals to children and families in need. This year, they hope to do even more good!
At 225 Liberty Street (43rd & 44thFloor), more than 50 of NYC’s top chefs and bartenders will provide you with unmatched food and drinks, while you mingle with other attendees. There is also a “Rosé Garden,” Sundae Parlor (with scoops and shakes) and Donut Derby competition.
Tickets start at $250. Click here for more details on the event and to purchase tickets.
