Welcome back to Owen for Business!  I’m Michael Owen, and in this issue of Owen for Business we’ll cover some retail spots that initially seemed lost to vacancy, but have just reopened under new management.  If you see any new retailers or changes to existing retailers, please email me at [email protected]. Thanks!

Mark Wilkinson Furniture has transformed into Athea Kitchens and Baths.  If you love to cook, it doesn’t get much better than designing and remodeling your very own kitchen.

NY Entertainment On The Pier – South Street Seaport, Pier 17, 212-321-1170

A wide variety of gifts, posters, and tchotchkes are available at NY Entertainment On The Pier.  There are also some comic book themed items and they even have a Joker tchotchke from The Dark Knight.  That’s right – they have sinister tchotchkes.

A gourmet smorgasbord awaits you at this Italian café, bakery, and eatery that offers so much more.  Cucina Liberta has a wide selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options including brick oven pizzas, sandwiches, and seafood options.
