Picture Lower Manhattan: Joie de Vivre by Mark di Suvero
Mark di Suvero’s Joie de Vivre never fails to bring the joy of life to Zuccotti Park. Consisting of 70-foot-high open-ended tetrahedrons, the sculpture has defined the corner of Broadway and Cedar Street since 2006. Di Suvero fans should know that the Storm King Art Center is presenting a free exhibition of his work on Governors Island every Friday through Sunday and holiday Mondays through September 25.
