I recently explored Trinity Church, one of the most unique and historic spots in Lower Manhattan. The grounds and church are full of surprises, including this “tree” that stands in the courtyard. The 2005 Steve Tobin sculpture, Trinity Root, was inspired by a 70-year-old sycamore that fell on September 11, 2001.
