Mighty Quinn’s Barbeque goes old school with its all-natural meats and poultry, slow-cooked with plenty of wood and time. Hailing from Houston, Texas, pit master Hugh Mangum opened his Lower Manhattan outpost at Brookfield Place’s Hudson Eats. Bringing us barbecue traditions from both his home state and the Carolinas, he has created his own unique spin dubbed, “Texalina Barbeque.”

The menu includes all your smoky favorites along with delicious sides, housemade ice tea and taps from across the U.S.

So carnivores, rejoice and pay a visit to this neighborhood newcomer soon!  For more details, click here.
