Dancing in the snow

Heavy snow throughout the evening Wednesday and through the morning hours Thursday created a whimsical, if treacherous, landscape downtown. Heavy flakes piled up on every surface, and created nearly impassable roadways while crews bustled to clear paths and spread snowmelt.
